Paul Van Dyk plays in Culiacán

It’s official: Beatport will have its own stage at this year’s Electric Zoo Festival in New York City.

According to a press release out today, the Denver-based online music store will be “taking over the Riverside stage for the entirety of the three-day festival,” with a pretty impressive line-up. They snagged future garage producer Jamie XX from his week-long US tour, Kaskade’s Late Night Alumni, electro act Tensnake, and some legendary names like Bonobo and Paul van Dyk.

Coming a little more than a year after being bought by entertainment conglomerate SFX, and barely a month after announcing a multi-year deal with the Vans Warped Tour, it looks like Beatport aims to celebrate its 10th birthday with authority.
